Sexual Trauma Healing

Sexual trauma is far more common than acknowledged, and it is often met with silence, minimization, or misunderstanding. Because sex and sexuality are still treated as taboo topics in our culture, many survivors experience victim-blaming, shame, or dismissal when they try to share their stories. Sexual trauma deserves specialized, compassionate support — spaces where survivors can process their experience without being questioned, doubted, or retraumatized. This work gently supports survivors in navigating the confusion, disconnection, and dissociation that can follow sexual trauma, while moving toward empowerment, embodiment, and a renewed sense of aliveness.

My commitment to this work is both personal and professional. I have devoted myself to serving those who have felt silenced, shamed, or oppressed in their experience, and I bring extensive training in Somatic Trauma-Informed Therapy, Sexuality & Sexual Trauma Healing, and Somatic Concentric Sex Therapy. Alongside my clinical training, I hold lived experience as a survivor of childhood sexual abuse and understand the profound imprints it can leave on the body, emotions, and sense of self.

I support individuals of all backgrounds, identities, orientations, and trauma histories, offering a grounded, attuned space for healing, reclaiming agency, and reconnecting with the body’s natural wisdom.
