My approach comes from the knowing that in our human experience, there is an innate desire for meaningful connection and relationships. I take a somatic, trauma-informed approach that takes into consideration all parts of you. I also integrate my 10 years of teaching yoga; offering a blend of Eastern Mindfulness practices with Western Science and Psychology.
Whether you are seeking deeper embodiment within yourself or with others, it is all interconnected. I see the therapy relationship as a corrective conduit of healing for those who have experienced trauma. I am committed to providing a respectful, warm, loving, and safe-enough space for those who choose this journey. "Safe-enough" comes from an understanding that many trauma survivors do not feel safe and as we journey together, you get to feel into what safe-enough is for you in each moment. All so that you can grow and expand into the fullness of who you are.

My Approach as a Couples, Sex, and Relationship Therapist

I have integrated couples, relationship, intimacy, and sex therapy into my practice because our relationships with ourselves and with others provide avenues of healing to the core parts of who we are. The way we love and care for each other matters, and yet it can feel so challenging and fragile at times. I enjoy providing a space for couples to land, without judgement, and being a guide through the complexities of partnership and marriage. All with the intention of guiding them into deeper attunement, understanding, and secure love with each other.

I also enjoy supporting individuals wanting to reclaim pleasure, intimacy, and aliveness within themselves.

Our Journey Together

I see our journey together as a relationship. One that requires safety, attunement, and trust. I honor the pacing and timing of each persons unfolding; with personal knowing and experience of the vulnerability it takes to show up bearing some of the most raw and tender places within our lives.  I see each person ultimately carrying all the wisdom they are seeking within. I provide gentle guidance, reflection, resources, personal experience, and various somatic/trauma-informed modalities to help bring you back home to yourself and your relationships.
