I believe we can only go so far on our own, and that deeper, more integrated healing happens in relationships where we are met with safety and genuine presence. In our sessions, we move gently and at your pace. Together, we listen for what is asking to be tended to, allowing the work to unfold organically in each moment. I guide from a place of compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for your lived experience. My intention is to help you discover, trust, and return home to yourself, your aliveness, and your wisdom.
