Women’s Embodied Sexuality & Sensuality

For centuries, women have been taught to quiet their pleasure, mute their desire, and shrink their needs in order to feel safe, accepted, or “good.” At the same time, our culture portrays sex in ways that create pressure, performance, comparison, and confusion. These conflicting messages often create disconnection from our bodies, boundaries, needs, and birthright of pleasure. Many women find themselves rushing through sex, going through the motions, or approaching intimacy in a linear, goal-oriented way. Over time, this can erode connection to authentic desire and the natural pace at which the body opens.

This offering provides a grounded, trauma-informed space to slow down and reconnect with your pleasure. All to help women discover the wave-like rhythms of their bodies through safety, attunement, and embodied awareness.

In this offering, we explore sexuality and sensuality through a gentle, somatic lens. Together, we may deepen your connection to desire, develop self-pleasure practices, understand your arousal patterns, and explore how your sexuality has evolved across your lifespan. We also bring compassionate attention to the narratives, conditioning, and lived experiences that have shaped your relationship to intimacy, sensuality, and your own body. All to help women reclaim the parts of themselves that got left behind and define sex & pleasure on their own terms
